BUILT Exteriors + Masonry is a full-service commercial masonry and exterior contractor back by over 40 years of experience.
Originally established as RAM Exteriors in 1987, the company expanded it's capabilities through the acquisition of Southam & Associates, a Utah exterior contractor with roots dating back to 1978.
In 2024, the companies came together under the BUILT Exteriors name, building upon decades of experience, trusted relationships, and specialized expertise. The rebrand reflected our evolution into one integrated team with expanded capabilities, stronger resources, and the ability to deliver more of the exterior package through a single trusted partner. For our clients, that means clearer communication, greater accountability, and better coordination from pre-construction through project completion.
